Pisco Inc. (“Pisco,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates PartSense, a platform that helps design engineers find, evaluate, and manage electronic components alongside supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing teams. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information about you when you use PartSense, including our website, web application, and any related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using PartSense, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.

We share information with third-party vendors that help us operate the Platform, including cloud hosting providers, analytics services, payment processors, and customer support tools. These providers are contractually bound to use your data only as directed by us.
We may use information you provide, including component searches, project data, and usage patterns, to enhance and deliver our services more effectively. This includes sharing anonymized or aggregated data with trusted partners, researchers, or internal teams to improve component matching accuracy, supply chain intelligence, and platform performance. We will not share individually identifiable information for this purpose without your consent.
To fulfill search queries, PartSense interacts with distributor and manufacturer APIs. Queries may be transmitted to these partners in anonymized or aggregated form. We do not share individually identifiable information with component suppliers without your consent.
If Pisco is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pisco, our users, or the public.
We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@getpisco.com. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as resolving disputes or preventing fraud.
Pisco implements industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, however. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
PartSense uses cookies and similar technologies to authenticate sessions, remember preferences, and analyze usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; however, disabling certain cookies may limit Platform functionality. We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, disclose, or sell; the right to delete personal information; the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights. Pisco is headquartered in the United States. If you access PartSense from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you consent to such transfers. Where applicable, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms to protect your data.
PartSense is intended for professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact privacy@getpisco.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice in the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of PartSense after the updated policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
